Epidemiology:
- ~60% cases of ALL in adults are L2
Pathology:
morphologic classification:
- large non uniform cells,
- variable amount of cytoplasm & degree of basophilia
- irregular nuclei, prominent nucleoli.
Management:
- Distinction of L1, L2 & L3 not relevant to therapy.
