Epidemiology: - ~85% cases of ALL in children are L1 Pathology: morphologic classification: - small uniform cells - scanty cytoplasm, moderately basophilic - regular nuclei, inconspicuous nucleoli. Management: - Distinction of L1, L2 & L3 not relevant to therapy.
