Tradename: Forane.
Indications: induction & maintenance of general anesthesia
Dosage: 1.5-3%, 100 mL
Adverse effects:
1) dose-dependent reduction in blood pressure
2) respiratory depression
3) dose-dependent reduction in renal blood flow & GFR
4) nausea/vomiting
5) uterine relaxation
6) cardiac arrhythmias
7) shivering
8) bronchospasm
