Pathology:
1) dense dermal infiltrate of eosinophils & neutrophils separated from the epidermis & hair follicles
2) fibrinoid vasculitis
Clinical manifestations:
-> persistent, well demarcated, reddish-brown nodules on the face

granulomatous disease of skin & subcutaneous tissue
