Clinical manifestations:
- frequently asymptomatic
Special laboratory:
- upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with endoscopic ultrasound is procedure of choice
- endoscopic biopsy is often unable to provide a diagnosis [1]
- endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration
