Fordyce spot (granule)

Hyperplasia of normal sebaceous glands that appear a small yellow spots in the buccal mucosa or on the lips. Clinical manifestations: - generally present on buccal & labial mucosa - appear a small yellow spots - no symptoms - lesions remain without apparent change indefinitely
