Procedure: Predictor points arrival via Ambulance + 30 signs of basilar skull fracture + 50 Glasgow Coma Scale < 15 + 20 Glasgow Coma Scale < 14 + 50 antiplatelet therapy + 17 loss of consciousness + 16 headache + 20 * a score of >=25 is an indication for a head CT
