Origin: 1) humeral head: medial condyle of humerus 2) ulnar head: olecranon process & upper 3/5 of posterior border of ulna Insertion: -> pisiform bone, with continuation to the 5th metacarpal bone via the pisometacarpal ligament Action: flexes & abducts wrist ulnarward Innervation: ulnar nerve
