- acute kidney injury due to
- pyelonephritis
- obstructive uropathy due to retroperitonal hemorrhage
- renal vein thrombosis

Laboratory:
- urinalysis
Radiology:
- CT of abdomen
- CT angiography if suspected renal vein thrombosis
