erythroplasia of Queyrat

Generally occurs in uncircumcised men on the glans penis, coronal sulcus, inner surface of the prepuce, or rarely in women on the vulva. These lesions metastasize more frequently (30%) than Bowen's disease. Invasive growth results in granulating, bleeding, soft, crusted nodules.
