Etiology: 1) generally idiopathic 2) drug hypersensitivity 3) sometimes associated with Tinea pedis 4) paraneoplastic syndrome (rare) Clinical manifestations: 1) erythematous, flat or slightly raised lesion 2) trailing scale on inner aspect of expanding ring 3) generally occurs on buttocks & upper thigh
