A turning inward of the eyelid
Etiology:
-> muscle spasm of lower lid
Clinical manifestations:
1) turning inward of the eyelid
2) foreign body sensation
3) irritation
4) watery eyes
Management:
1) artificial tears
2) lubricating ointment
3) antibiotic (ophthalmic) if indicated
4) consult to ophthalmology for surgery
