enthesitis-related arthritis
Etiology:
- ankylosing spondylitis
- psoriatic arthritis
Pathology:
- clinically heterogeneous group of children including some who have predominately enthesitis, enthesitis & arthritis, juvenile ankylosing spondylitis, or inflammatory bowel disease-associated arthropathy
Clinical manifestations:
- arthritis
- enthesitis
- acute anterior uveitis
- axial disease is also common (spondyloarthritis) [2]
Management:
- NSAIDs
- disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs
- biologic agents
