Non-consensual sexual contact of any kind with elderly or disabled person or with any person incapable of giving consent.
Including, but not limited to:
1) unwanted touching
2) rape
3) sodomy
4) coerced nudity
5) sexually explicit photographing
Warning signs:
1) physical evidence of sexual trauma
2) hesitation to talk openly
3) contradictory statements
4) implausible stories
5) flirtation or coyness between caregiver & elder
6) 'doctor shopping'
