Refusal of failure to fulfill any part of a person's obligations or duties to an elder.
Including, but not limited to:
-> failure to provide
a) food
b) water
c) clothing
d) shelter
e) personal hygiene
f) medicine
g) comfort
h) personal safety
i) other agreed upon services
Warning signs:
1) dehydration or malnutrition without illness-related cause
2) poor coloration
3) sunken cheeks & eyes
4) soiled clothing or bedding
5) lack of necessities
6) lack of personal effects
7) inappropriate administration of medication
