Etiology: 1) adverse effect of D-penicillamine 2) Down's syndrome 3) disorders of elastin & collagen a) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type 4 b) Marfan's syndrome c) pseudoxanthoma elasticum d) osteogenesis imperfecta Clinical manifestations: 1) figurate dermatitis - keratotic plugs within annular or arciform lesions 2) often localized to the neck & antecubital fossa
