duct tape
Indications:
-> common wart (verruca vulgaris)
Dosage:
Application:
1) duct tape applied over wart & left for 7 days
2) after 7 days, remove tape, soak in water & debride wart with emery board
3) repeat process until wart disappears
4) most patients note results in 2-3 weeks
5) discontinue use if excess irritation of no results within 3 weeks
Mechanism of action:
-> causes irritation, stimulation of immune response
