Epidemiology:
- generally on dark-skinned persons
- 30% of blacks
Pathology:
- variant of seborrheic keratosis
Clinical manifestations:
- many small, hyperpigmented, asymptomatic papules on the face
- occurs as small & often pedunculated dark brown papules in patients with darker skin [3]
Differential diagnosis:
- sign of Leser-Trelat
Management:
- cosmetic
