Constituents: A compound ligament consisting of 4 component ligaments. 1) tibionavicular ligament 2) tibiocalcaneal ligament 3) anterior tibial talar ligament 4) posterior tibial talar ligament Course: - it passes downwards from the medial malleolus of the tibia to the tarsal bones.
