Pathology: - histologically benign neoplasm derived from glandular epithelium (adenoma) [1] - secretions are retained within cysts, giving rise to the term cystadenoma [1] - cysts of sweat ducts, usually on the eyelids [2]* * ref [2] states hidrocystomas are not neoplasms & should not be confused with hiroadenomas
