Sporadic intestinal polyposis syndrome.
Pathology:
1) juvenile polyposis
2) increased risk of colon carcinoma
Clinical manifestations:
1) diarrhea
2) weight loss
3) abdominal pain
4) hyperpigmentation
5) hair loss
6) nail atrophy
Management:
- no screening for colon cancer recommended
