Epidemiology: rare Pathology: - deposition of lipofuscin in the sweat glands - generally affects the apocrine glands, mainly on the face, underarms, & genitalia [2] - may be role for chromogenic pigments produced by Corynebacteria - eccrine chromhidrosis is rare & occurs with ingestion of certain dyes or drugs [2] Clinical manifestations: - colored sweat - red, blue, green, yellow and black sweat have been reported Management: - topical capsaicin cream - botulinum toxin
