Innocent heart murmur. Epidemiology: -> audible in healthy children & young adults Clinical manifestations: 1) continuous murmur on auscultation of the heart 2) may be heard in the right supraclavicular fossa 3) may be abolished by compression over the internal jugular vein 4) diastolic component of murmur may be louder than the systolic component
