cerebellar (intention) tremor

Moderate to high amplitude, slow (3-5 Hz) tremor often associated with severe functional impairment. Clinical manifestations: - cerebellar signs - increasing amplitude of tremor as limb approaches target [2] Management: 1) treat underlying pathology if possible 2) physical therapy
