Etiology: - optic neuritis (retrobulbar neuritis) - ethambutol - macular degeneration - macular edema - Foster-Kennedy syndrome - optic nerve compression - olfactory nerve compression - increased intracranial pressure - choroidal vascularization Management: - use peripheral vision as much as possible to maintain function [2]
