Expression: - memory & activated T cells - some B cells - granulocytes (weak immunostaining) - macrophages (weak immunostaining) - thymocytes Pathology: - expressed in: a) T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma ~75% b) T-cell ALL/LBL variable c) AML ~25% - carcinomas & most B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas stain negatively with antibody.
