capecitabine/oxaliplatin (Xelox, Cape-Ox CAPOX)
Indications:
- stage 3 node positive colorectal carcinoma
Dosage:
- combination therapy every 3 weeks for 24 weeks
- oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 on day 1
- capecitabine 1000 mg/m2 twice daily on days 1-14
