Management:
special cases:
- carcinoma identified in isolated enlarged inguinal lymph node
- if CT negative
- examination of the vulva, vagina, cervix, anus (women)*
- penis, anus (men)*
- axillary presentation of adenocarcinoma
- axillary dissection & treat as primary breast cancer [1]
* anoscopy vs colonoscopy & upper GI
