Etiology: - see cervical radiculopathy Pathology: - involved muscles - triceps brachii - finger extensors Physical examination: - squeeze arm test Clinical manifestations: - triceps reflex diminished or absent - weakness of elbow extension & finger extension - loss of sensation middle of palm, 3rd digit [1] - index finger & middle fingers [2] Special laboratory: - see cervical radiculopathy Radiology: - see cervical radiculopathy Differential diagnosis: - carpal tunnel syndrome - thumb in involved Management: - see cervical radiculopathy
