Benign neoplasm of the ovary. It is generally an incidental finding in ovary removed for other reasons, especially postmenopausal women
Epidemiology: infrequent
Pathology:
1) nests of cells resembling transitional epithelium
2) gland-like structures that contain mucin
3) may arise from Walthard cell rest
