Primary bone sarcomas account for ~ 0.2% of all neoplasms.
Clinical manifestations:
1) bone pain at rest & at night
2) pain is generally of gradual onset, progressively worsening
3) see specific etiology
Management:
1) analgesia to relieve pain
2) surgical excision
