Pathology: - right bundle branch block with left posterior fascicular block - right bundle branch block with left anterior fascicular block - may be associated with 1st degree AV block (trifascicular block) Special laboratory: - electrocardiogram may show bifid QRS complex Complications: - complete heart block Management: - observation if asymptomatic
