Indications:
- test for rotator cuff tear (biceps)
Procedure:
- with the patient standing, arm fully outstretched (90 degrees) in front, palm facing upwards, push distal part of outstretched arm down against resistance
Interpretation:
- weakness, not pain is a positive sign
