a) Gram-positive bacteria S.aureus & S.pyogenes

- no significant hemolytic activity was observed

- expressed in skin & tonsils > trachea, uterus, kidney, thymus, adenoid, pharynx & tongue > salivary gland, bone marrow, colon, stomach, polyp & larynx
- no expression in small intestine
