see Aspergillosis Pathology: - occurs in pre-existing pulmonary cavities or cysts or in areas of devitalized lung Clinical manifestations: - fever, cough, dyspnea, chest pain, hemoptysis, weight loss Radiology: - chest X-ray Management: - surgical resection indicated for patients with hemoptysis - itraconazole, voriconazole, posaconazole - asymptomatic patients with stable chest X-ray do not need treatment [1]
