Function: - GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state (putative) Structure: - contains 1 CRAL-TRIO domain - contains 1 Rho-GAP domain Alternative splicing: named isoforms=3 Expression: - highly expressed in kidney & placenta - also expressed in colon, skeletal muscle, small intestine, stomach, & testis - not detected in brain, liver or spleen Pathology: - overexpressed in majority of colorectal tumors examined
