Epidemiology: 1) 3% of the adults 2) more common in women Pathology: 1) not associated with changes in lumbar disc height 2) most commmon at L4 [2] 3) factors related to anterolisthesis a) increased pedicle-facet angle [1] b) W-shaped facet joint [1] c) decrease in facet angle of caudal cervical facet joints [3] 4) loss of anterior cervical disc height promotes anterolisthesis [3] Management: - see spondylolisthesis
