3) contact dermatitis
4) infection:
a) condylomata acuminata (papillomavirus)
b) dermatophyte infection
c) Candida
d) intestinal parasites
1] pinworm
2] Strongyloides
e) neoplasm
1] rectal carcinoma or anal carcinoma
2] Bowen's disease
5) hemorrhoids
6) anal fissure
Management:
1) avoid itching
2) keep area dry
3) low potency steroid (1% hydrocortisone)
4) barrier cream (zinc oxide)
