Pathology: - defect of enamel formation Genetics: - autosomal recessive - associated with defects in ENAM Clinical manifestations: - teeth show hypoplastic & unmineralized enamel, & a yellow-brown discoloration - enamel defects can be associated with facial & oral features including vertical dysgnathia & anterior openbite malocclusion
