Indications: - palliative treatment of persistent or recurrent ovarian cancer Dosage: capsule 50 mg Adverse effects: 1) common (> 10%) - peripheral sensory neuropathy - neurotoxicity - nausea/vomiting - anemia - thrombocytopenia - leukopenia 2) not common (1-10%) - seizures, anorexia, diarrhea, stomach cramps, increased alkaline phosphatase 3) uncommon (< 1%) - dizziness, depression, rash, alopecia, myelosuppression, hepatotoxicity, tremor
